Palm Towers
(2022–2025) – Muthanna Airport, Baghdad, Iraq

We are executing the full civil works for a major urban development that includes ten high-rise buildings (B1, B2, B5, B6, B7, B8, B11, B13, B14, B17), a 62,000 m ² garage/auto-park building, a commercial building, a mall, a large water tank facility, and a dedicated power station. Our scope covers all reinforced concrete works—from foundations to superstructure—showcasing our ability to manage and deliver complex, large-scale construction projects with accuracy and reliability

Complex Residential Firnas
(2018–2020) – Tajiat, Baghdad, Iraq

As the Civil Works Contractor, we led the construction and supervision of 18 residential high-rise buildings. Our team successfully delivered the full structural package—including foundations, concrete frames, and masonry—for the entire ,complex (Buildings: B1,B2,B3,B4, C1,C2,C3,C4 .)K1,K2,K3,K4, I1,I2,I3-I4,J1,J2,J3,J4,E1-E2

Shatt al -Basra Power Plant project and - Mechanical Cooling Tower 4-5
(2020–2021) – Basra, Iraq

We executed the civil works for the new Mechanical Cooling Towers 4 and 5, focusing on the precision construction of their reinforced concrete foundations and structural supports. Our team ensured the civil infrastructure was built to the highest engineering standards, providing a stable and reliable base for the mechanical systems. This critical support work contributed to enhancing the plant's operational efficiency and the broader energy infrastructure in Basra.

Baghdad Residences
(2021–2022) – Green Zone, Baghdad, Iraq

We were responsible for the structural construction and supervision of this multi-building residential complex in Baghdad's Green Zone. Our scope included the complet e civil works package for five buildings (D1, D2, D3, D4, and E Block), from foundation to superstructure, executing all reinforced concrete work, masonry, and blockwork with a focus on structural integrity and quality. The project stands as a reflection of our commitment to excellence in residential construction.

Al Ghadeer 2 Residential complex
(2022–2023) – Kadhimiya, Baghdad, Iraq

We executed the structural construction for this modern residential complex, delivering a robust and durable framework. Our work involved precision concrete work, masonry, and blockwork, all completed with a focus o n quality and attention to detail. By providing a solid structural foundation, our contribution supports the development of high-quality housing and enhanced urban living standards in Baghdad.

Buruj Complex
(2022–2023) – Near Baghdad International Airport, Iraq

We were responsible for the structural construction and supervision of this multi-building residential project. Our scope included the complete civil works package for the buildings (R1 C, R1 D, R3 A, R3 C, R3 D), focusing on a robust structural frame, precision concrete work, and high quality masonry

Abasly Towers
(2024) – Kathimia, Baghdad, Iraq

We executed the structural construction for this modern highrise development, comprising three main towers (A2, A3, Blocks). Our work involved building the robust reinforced concrete framework, cores, and slabs, ensuring the highest standards of structural integrity. By delivering a solid and reliable foundation, our work supports the project's goal of redefining urban living in Baghdad.

Jawahir Dijla
(2022–2023) – Kathimia, Baghdad, Iraq

We executed the structural construction for the Dijle residential project, comprising the E8 and E9 Blocks. Our work focused on quality workmanship and durable materials, delivering the reinforced concrete framework, masonry, and blockwork. This project demonstrates our commitment to building the robust structural foundations for contemporary housing in Baghdad.

Turkey Malatya
(2024–2025) – Malatya, Turkey

We are executing the civil works for this significant international project—the modern redevelopment of the Historical Coppersmiths Bazaar. Our scope encompasses high-quality, durable construction across multiple parcels (608, 672, 132, 138, 28 blocks). This project demonstrates our capability to meet and deliver to stringent international building standards, showcasing our expertise beyond Iraq.
